The second stage consists of helping you to implement one of the proposed options until a result is achieved. This result varies according to the tax situation you have submitted to us. In particular, it may consist of issuing a reliable statement, putting in place defence documentation in favour of a position taken in the tax return, the outcome of a court case or the settlement of a dispute with the tax authorities.
